Welcome to Intentra! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Intentra mobile app (“App”) provided by Solvexity doo (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We recommend that you do not root or jailbreak your device, as doing so may compromise security and functionality of the App.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment through a monthly or yearly subscription. Purchases are processed through app stores (Google Play or App Store) or third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details directly.

Subscriptions can be managed by the user through the "Manage Subscription" feature within the App or through their respective App Store / Google Play account settings.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change the subscription fees at any time, and you will be notified in advance of any pricing changes. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal.

The App and all content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights remain the property of the Company or its licensors. You may not use the App’s name, logo, or any related materials without our written permission.

5. Connectivity and Device Responsibilities

The App requires an active internet connection to function properly. You are responsible for any data charges incurred through your mobile provider. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by connectivity issues, low battery, or incompatible devices.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to provide a reliable and useful App, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided personal information, please contact us.

We reserve the right to update the App or these Terms at any time. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed about any updates. We will post any changes to this page, and they will take effect immediately upon posting.

We may discontinue the App at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will end, and you must delete it from your device.
